2. In short

The website needs no sign-up and has no forms and no advertising. Map data and fonts are loaded only from our own server. Personal data is processed only for technical operation by the host, in the host's visitor statistics, and when you contact us by email.

3. Hosting and access data

The website is hosted by Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden (Lovable), and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. On every visit these services process technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer, browser and operating system, to deliver the site and keep it stable and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare sets the cookie “__cf_bm” (valid for 30 minutes), which tells automated traffic from human visitors; it is strictly necessary for secure operation.

Lovable acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Lovable and its sub-processors also process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA, on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Current list of sub-processors: trust.lovable.dev.

4. Host's visitor statistics

Lovable adds its own visitor statistics to published websites. A cookie “session-id” valid for 30 minutes is set. On each page view the address requested (including the selected map view), the referrer, the browser identifier, the language setting and a country derived from the time zone are sent to Lovable, together with technical events such as loading times and errors. We only see aggregated figures (visitors, page views, sources, device type, country) and do not identify individuals.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and detecting errors). You can delete or block the cookie in your browser at any time.

5. Settings stored in your browser

Your choice of language and colour scheme is kept in your browser's local storage (“immo-lang”, “immo-scheme”). This never leaves your device; you can clear it in your browser settings.

6. Fonts

The fonts (Archivo, Source Sans 3, IBM Plex Mono) are served from our own server, with no connection to Google or any other font provider.

7. External links

The website links to property portals (e.g. SeLoger, Leboncoin, Bien'ici, Laforêt), to Google Search and to the data sources. The third-party page opens in a new tab only when you click; links to property portals do not pass on the referring address. From then on the third party's privacy policy applies.

8. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them by law. The mailbox is hosted by Gmail (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin); data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. Retention

The host keeps access data only as long as needed for operation and security. The cookies “__cf_bm” and “session-id” expire after 30 minutes. Local settings remain until you clear them.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability (Art. 15–18 and 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Just email us.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one responsible for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.

11. Other

You are not obliged to provide personal data. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
